He is to replace Bayo ligali who Zain nigeria says is currently indisposed.
The appointment of the acting ceo of zain nigeria was announced by Mr Gamaliel Onosode the chairperson of Zain nigeria.
Khaled Khorshid spent the first 10 years of his career in North America with leading consulting firms EDS and Accenture in systems integration and management consulting leading large consulting projects for Fortune 100 companies including giant telecom operators like AT&T, Cable & Wireless, and SBC Communications.
He joined Zain Nigeria in January 2009 as the Head of Operation with direct responsibilities for Network, Information Technology, Transformation, Customer Service and Project Management Office.
His appointment as the CEO of zain nigeria is hoped to boost the stand of zain Nigeria in the ever competitive Nigerian telecommunications market.
