A total number of 37,073 candidates participated in the exercise. Twenty-three candidates scored above 300 marks while two candidates: Okoronkwo Chibuikem David and Okwuoha Uche Raphael, who applied to read Law, recorded the highest score of 320 (out of 400) marks each.
Candidates are, therefore, advised to check their admission status on OAU website any moment from now.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Professor Michael Faborode, has expressed his gratitude to all staff and students whose commitments and personal sacrifices contributed, in no small measure, to the overall success of the post-UTME screening.
Professor Faborode, who lauded the interest the Nigerian youths have in OAU, admonished parents to invest more in the education of their children so that the country (Nigeria) could become greater in Africa and be a force to reckon with among the comity of nations.
i was one of d unfortunate candidate that wrote the o.a.u post ume exam and i feel very concerned. By and large, all science student that wrote the exam seems to be furious because the questions on physics and chemistry were actually cambrigde questions.moreover, the number of question that was given(100) was just to much for the stipulated time.so i am using this medium to beg for their senate’s mercy.

Its insane, I’m a student of OAU already, but I truly an venting cuz the non- science students were unduely favored!
i scored 220 in my post utme and i choosed accounting,so how will this year admission look like because i had that there was mass failure

As in, d science stds results was bad generally. I skod 184 & 236 in Ume. Bt b4 I left Oau, dos science stds dat checkd it, almost al of dm got blow 200. I mean in a situatn wher u see sumbody wit 260 in ume & scorin 200 on d dot in pume. Is dat nt terrible?

Please is the admission list out? My UTME score is 242 and 223 at OAU’s post-UTME making my average 232.5, the cut-off mark for Geography being 213 for merit and 210 for Oyo State indegenes.

hi peeps, i’m 4rm d south. I scored 217 in Utme nd 188 in the OAU’S POST JAMB SCREENING exercise i went in 4 lat nd i’m reali bothered ryt nw bout my admission. D tym, d questions nd everytin weren’t just ok.100 hot questions in all wit a limited tym. I’ve compared oau’s questions wit dat of oda skuls nd d difference is clear meanwhile some oda skuls answer just 30 or 25 questions in all subjects. I’ll be glad if an oau student kan comment on dis nd i’m pleading wit d skul’s council to consider d students dis year.
