Yesterday, Ebube Essien-Garricks was announced as winner of the MTN Ultimate Wonder Promo where the star prize is a brand new Cessna 182T AEROPLANE.
But Garricks, 27, a student in Port-Harcourt, rejected the aeroplane and opted for the cash equivalent of N64 million instead.
While reactions have continued to trail her announcement by MTN, with many people labelling it a scam, a photo of the smiling Garricks has been released to dispel such notions.

what!!! N64m for an aeroplane? what type of plane is that if not the kind that will cause another plane crash in naija? the monetary equivalent of an airplane should run into billions of naira and not millions of naira. the writer should correct his/her mistake cos if he/she is write then MTN is a scam cos there’s no way an airplane will cost that low. maybe she won a flying kite sha one can’t say cos private jets bought by our men of God costs $50m.
